Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Content Specialist to develop and maintain training content for the retail sales team, including job aids, knowledge articles, SharePoint sites, slide decks, video creation and e-learning courses. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, on-brand materials that empower sales professionals.

This non-exempt position supports the Regional Sales Training Team, Salesforce Consultants, Elevate Coaching, and marketing and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum three years content creation or training/education experience.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with LMS and multimedia software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engaging training content for the sales team.
• Create knowledge articles, SharePoint sites, slide decks, and e-learning courses.
• Regularly review and update training materials to reflect campaigns and regulations.
• Ensure materials are accessible via LMS and other channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
