Job summary

Constructive Loans, LLC seeks an experienced LOS Program Lead to oversee the system of record, including development, configuration updates, release planning, and enhancement cycles that support evolving business needs.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize LOS performance, ensure regulatory alignment, manage data governance, and drive the technology roadmap for scalable loan processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Encompass experience including configuration and workflow management.
• Proven experience managing teams and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor LOS professionals, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
• Oversee governance for origination system development and change management.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify optimization, controls, and scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional development efforts and validate end-to-end impacts.
• Support data governance, quality initiatives, and regulatory alignment.
• Build training materials and maintain process documentation.
• Represent LOS priorities in long-term technology roadmap planning.
