Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Mortgage Systems Administrator at the Lubbock Operations Campus to support Encompass, nCino Mortgage, and related mortgage platforms. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, configuration, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include building business rules, testing changes with users, and maintaining documentation while coordinating with vendors and IT security. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Encompass administration and a strong mortgage process background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two or more years of hands-on Encompass administration experience.
• Experience with nCino Mortgage, Optimal Blue, and SQL.
• Working knowledge of the residential mortgage loan process from application through closing.
• Experience supporting a business application through a ticket queue, help desk, or similar support process.
• Experience testing system changes before release, including test scripts, UAT, or comparable validation methods.
• Experience creating and maintaining process, system, or configuration documentation.

Responsibilities

• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve mortgage systems requests.
• Build and maintain Encompass business rules, personas, input forms, and data mappings.
• Test system changes with business users and manage change process.
• Provide system support and configuration assistance for Encompass and related platforms.
• Coordinate with Encompass development partner and vendors on requirements and testing.
• Review vendor release information and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and user training materials.
