Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume environments.
• Proven track record identifying top candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations.
• Experience using LinkedIn and Glassdoor for sourcing.
• HR best practices knowledge.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build credibility.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute RoundPoint’s Human Capital Strategy and recruitment initiatives.
• Talent pipelining: identify top talent and manage the full process from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with department managers and senior leaders on hiring decisions.
• Provide market guidance on compensation and recruitment strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates across channels and manage ATS updates.
• Coordinate external recruitment events and represent the company.
• Screen resumes for fit and collaborate on onboarding as needed.
