Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to serve as the expert for residential lending systems. You will design, test, and implement enhancements, provide user support, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with line of business for project delivery and oversee post-implementation tasks to ensure satisfaction. You will gather requirements, write documentation, and develop workflows while collaborating with Credit Administration, Legal and Product Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience as business analyst or operations analyst supporting loan origination systems.
• Minimum 4 years experience in system design, testing, and production support including writing business requirements and UAT.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the financial industry focused on consumer and mortgage lending.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine business line system needs and consult with business line regarding problems with current applications or systems, enhancements, or new functionality.
• Prepare business and system requirements for maintenance/enhancements and present recommendations to division management.
• Gather information and write business/system requirements, build workflows, develop and code documents for US Mortgage Banking division support.
• Conduct all user and quality assurance testing on systems; develop test scripts and coordinate with vendors to implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with external departments to create and implement documents, products and services related to the system application.
• Provide system application support to end users and prepare documentation on enhancements.
