Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking an Application Analyst III to support mortgage applications and related systems. You will work with the Mortgage line of business to develop, implement, and support business applications, including the Black Knight mortgage platform.

Responsibilities include writing specs, configuring and testing applications, and providing end-to-end support while collaborating with business partners to drive improvements and ensure a reliable user experience across Mortgage

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
5–6+ years of experience supporting mortgage systems, preferably Black Knight, including configuration and/or development of in-house mortgage applications.
Strong understanding of banking operations, application support practices, and production issue triage.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of mortgage applications used and supported by the Mortgage line of business.
Manage, coordinate, and provide consultative support to the day-to-day functioning of business line clients.
Lead monitoring and testing of new releases and systems, as well as changes and fixes to existing systems.
Prepare documentation of changes for internal and external auditors, and other regulatory agencies, as needed.
