Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking an Application Analyst III to support the Mortgage Servicing suite, including Black Knight and in‑house applications. You will write specifications, implement enhancements, and provide ongoing support and testing to enable business objectives.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong documentation, and timely responses to issues while driving improvements in user experience and enterprise efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6+ years of experience supporting mortgage systems, preferably Black Knight.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, application support practices, and production issue triage.
• Ability to document requirements, validated data, coordinate testing, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Black Knight mortgage application and in‑house mortgage servicing applications.
• Write specs for new needs, implement applications, and support/test existing systems.
• Work independently to design, configure, build, and support solutions for business partners.
• Turn ideas into deliverable improvements for enterprise efficiency.
• Prepare documentation for changes and assist audits/regulatory reviews.
