Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, technical, finance or related field with 2+ years mortgage experience.
- Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and mortgage systems administration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee mortgage systems and software, including setup, maintenance, testing and updates.
- Configure mortgage systems, business rules, and customization; build reports.
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to technical strategy for the mortgage department.
- Collaborate with end users to implement new processes and applications.
