Job summary

FORUM Credit Union seeks a Mortgage Systems Administrator to own the Mortgage Lending System, LOS configuration, and ongoing optimization. You will partner with Mortgage Operations, Compliance, Risk, and IT to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient systems.

You will administer user access, workflows, and system settings while guiding enhancements, incident response, and vendor coordination to deliver a streamlined experience for staff and members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years administering or supporting a mortgage lending system or LOS.
• Experience with user access management, system configuration, and workflow administration.
• Familiarity with Encompass and reporting/analytics tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage origination lifecycle from application to funding.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and partner with users and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, roles, personas, and permissions for the Mortgage Lending System.
• Configure system settings, workflows, forms, and fields to support operations.
• Develop and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate resolutions.
• Oversee system releases, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
• Support integrations with third-party tools and pricing/verification services.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data extracts while preserving data integrity.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and IS teams to support audits and security.
