Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years mortgage origination experience or equivalent.
• Active listening to determine client needs and goals.
• Professional, effective communication in person and over the phone.
• Ability to analyze financial/credit data and explain policies.
• Strong customer service and end-to-end client experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients.
• Analyzes the client's financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend financial services that best align with the client's priorities.
• Presents home lending product solutions, submits mortgage applications, assists clients with documents, and keeps clients informed throughout the process.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts follow‑up routines.
• Responds to client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal partners.
