Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent in sales/consultative banking.
• Ability to assess client needs, build trust and deepen relationships.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to analyze financial data and advise on product policies.
• Exceptional customer service and problem resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and guidance on borrowing and banking offerings at every life stage.
• Build and deepen client relationships by leveraging bank capabilities and referrals.
• Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable financial services.
• Present home lending solutions, submit mortgage applications, collect documents, and keep clients informed.
• Maintain outreach and pipeline management with frequent follow-ups.
• Respond to client requests and refer to internal partners as needed.
• Coach teammates to deliver exceptional client experiences.
