Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent consultative sales background.
• Active listening to determine client needs and goals.

• Ability to analyze financial data and advise on product pricing/policies.
• Strong customer service skills and end-to-end client experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Ability to learn technology and comply with regulatory due diligence.

• Provides specialized service offering advice to financial center clients across borrowing and banking offerings.
