Job summary

MidFirst Bank seeks an Associate Contract Administrator to organize and support daily operations of mortgage servicing transfers and ongoing management of related activities. The role supports the Transaction Management department through reporting, documentation management, process execution, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant servicing transfer operations.

Qualifications

• One or more years of related work experience in mortgage servicing, project work, reporting, data validation, or deliverable tracking.
• Strong ability to organize, index, and maintain electronic files and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track key milestones and deadlines tied to compliance requirements.
• Organize data for all phases of the acquisition life cycle, reconciling items and flagging delays or risks.
• Provide testing support to ensure loan data is accurately onboarded to the servicing system with no downstream impact.
• Communicate details of upcoming servicing transfers with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling and coordination.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with focus on conflict resolution and regulatory impact.
• Drive continuous improvement in the acquisition process through data analysis and ad hoc project support.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve trailing matters with internal and external counterparties.
