Inceed has partnered with a great company to place a Mortgage Servicing Transfer Coordinator in Oklahoma City. You will help manage transfer activities, ensure data accuracy across documents and contracts, and support high-volume mortgage workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mortgage servicing or related coordination, strong Excel abilities, and excellent organization and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage servicing, project coordination, or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts and determine next steps.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently through challenges.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $48,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping complex processes moving, organizing critical documentation, and supporting high-volume transactions from start to finish. In this role, you’ll help manage mortgage servicing transfer activities, ensure accuracy across data and contracts, and contribute to a fast-paced environment where detail and coordination truly matter.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Track milestones, deadlines, and compliance requirements
• Review data for accuracy and identify gaps or risks
• Support reporting, workflow, and process improvement efforts
• Communicate transfer updates with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with issue resolution throughout the acquisition lifecycle
• Help ensure loan data is onboarded accurately and efficiently
