Inceed partners with a great company to help find a skilled Loan Assistant to join their team in Tulsa, OK. This onsite role supports a high-volume lending environment and focuses on consumer, commercial, USDA, and SBA loans.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of loan assistant experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of loan assistant experience required.
• Experience supporting commercial lending operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers with consumer, commercial, USDA, and SBA loans.
• Gather borrower documentation and complete pre-closing tasks.
• Prepare loan document requests and closing packages.
• Assist with funding coordination and loan file maintenance.
• Submit mortgages, assignments, and other recordable items.
• Track exceptions, past-due items, and maturity deadlines.
• Provide administrative support in a fast-paced lending environment.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients as needed.

Compensation: $60000-75000 annually, depending on experience
