Responsibilities

• Ensures timely receipt and boarding of funded mortgage loans.
• Manages daily incoming/outgoing department mail distribution.
• Prepares and posts payoff statements and verifications of mortgage activity.
• Processes force placed insurance assessments and cancellations.
• Monitors hazard insurance policies and validates regulatory/investor requirements.
• Assists with tax payments, filing, and scanning when needed.
• Ensures compliance with credit reporting, disclosures, and IRS reporting.
