Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Representative 1 in Hermitage, PA to support the Mortgage Administration unit.

The role reports to the Supervisor of Mortgage Servicing and involves processing loans, payoff statements, insurance and tax tasks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of GSE investor servicing and Fiserv Premier is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely receipt and boarding of funded mortgage loans.
• Manages daily incoming and outgoing mail within the department.
• Prepares payoff statements and verifies mortgage postings and fees.
• Processes force placed insurance assessments and cancellations.
• Monitors hazard insurance policies for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepares and posts premium disbursements.
• Assists with tax payments including sorting, filing and scanning tax bills.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements (credit reporting, PMI, ARM, IRS).
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Contributes to risk management initiatives per the company program.
