Job summary

Commerce Bank is hiring for a Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative II & Senior to manage every aspect of post-origination mortgage servicing at our Kansas City location. You’ll handle customer service, escrow accounts, loss mitigation, taxes, insurance, modifications, and investor accounting with accuracy and professionalism.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering excellent service over phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years Real Estate loan experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service via telephone, email and chat preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex tasks in servicing of mortgage loans across functions such as administration, cashiering, new loans/acquisitions, escrow, investor accounting, customer service or default.
• Process payments or advances on loans, maintain and adjust as needed using multiple systems.
• Process mortgage releases and related documents to borrowers.
• Provide customer service via telephone, email and chat.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
