CapCenter is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Administrator in Glen Allen, VA to manage escrow administration, payment processing, and custodial accounting for our mortgage servicing portfolio. The role emphasizes compliance with RESPA, TILA, Regulation E, and GSE guidelines, with a focus on accurate borrower recordkeeping and timely disbursements.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years’ mortgage servicing experience, proficiency in FICS Mortgage Servicer, and strong Excel skills.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years experience in mortgage loan servicing operations.
• Experience in escrow administration, including annual escrow analysis and disbursements.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Regulation E, and GSE servicing requirements.
• Experience with mortgage servicing platforms (FICS mortgage servicing experience strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reconciliation and data validation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform annual escrow analyses and handle surplus disbursements, shortages, and deficiencies per RESPA.
• Process escrow disbursements for taxes, homeowners insurance, mortgage insurance, and flood insurance.
• Monitor escrow accounts for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and respond to borrower inquiries.
• Manage escrow cushion calculations and ensure compliance with accounting requirements.
• Process insurance loss draft claims and track disbursement of funds for repairs.
• Process borrower payments and apply them to accounts, including payoffs and curtailments.
• Monitor suspense accounts and resolve unapplied funds within required timeframes.
• Assist with loan boarding, verify data integrity in servicing systems.
• Generate borrower statements, payment histories, and year-end tax documents.
