Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing operations.
• Experience with escrow administration including annual escrow analysis and disbursements.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Regulation E, and GSE servicing requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual escrow analyses and resolve surplus/shortage per RESPA.
• Process escrow disbursements for taxes and insurance and monitor timely payments.
• Monitor escrow accounts, reconcile discrepancies, and respond to borrower inquiries.
• Manage escrow cushions and aggregate accounting requirements.
• Process insurance loss drafts and track disbursements for repairs.
• Process and apply borrower payments, including payoff proceeds.
• Assist with loan boarding and verify data integrity across servicing systems.
• Generate borrower statements, payment histories, and year-end tax documents.
• Support custodial accounting and investor reporting.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails; assist with regulatory exams.
