Job summary

CapCenter is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Administrator to perform day-to-day loan servicing, focusing on escrow administration, payment processing, and custodial account management. You will ensure compliance with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guides and maintain accurate borrower records within CapCenter’s servicing platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on mortgage servicing experience, strong escrow knowledge, and attention to detail in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing operations.
• Experience in escrow administration and disbursements.
• Familiarity with RESPA, TILA, Regulation E, and GSE servicing requirements.
• Experience with mortgage servicing platforms (FICS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform annual escrow analyses and manage surplus/shortage processing in line with RESPA.
• Process escrow disbursements for taxes, insurance, and associated payments.
• Handle borrower payments, suspense accounts, and payment reversals.
• Assist with loan boarding, statements, and year-end tax documents.
