Job summary

The role requires an associate or bachelor's degree, 2–3 years banking experience, strong computer and math skills, and excellent communication.

You will work with the mortgage team to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide loan support to mortgage customers and lender support.
• Escrow account maintenance and monitoring; tax and insurance payments.
• Monitor servicing purchased loans and workflows.
• Process Final Docs and paid-off loans.
• Assist customers in routine banking needs and inquiries.
• Maintain imaging procedures and Vault control.
• Promote Bravera Holdings Corp. in the community and ensure regulatory compliance.
