TruStone Financial Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Servicing professional to coordinate all servicing functions after loan funding, including payments and escrow accounting. The role emphasizes accurate data handling across lenders and internal systems.

Ideal candidates will have mortgage servicing experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support borrowers and partners. Plymouth, MN location with typical weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance data in multiple loan systems.
• Ability to identify and facilitate change in a deadline-driven, highly regulated environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment with variable stress levels.
• Solid time management and ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.
• Ability to work as a team player, flexible and dependable, plus ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of business acumen with ability to develop relationships with borrowers and partners.
• Experience in MS Office.
• Competency in basic math and technology skills.
• Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and related provisions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform all servicing-related functions once the mortgage loan is funded, including payment processing and escrow accounting.
• Review Fannie Mae and FHLB reporting to ensure data accuracy in all systems.
• Work with vendors to resolve issues and process service-related functions of closed and funded mortgage loan files.
