Member First Mortgage is seeking a detail-oriented Specialized Loan Associate to support advanced mortgage servicing across multiple loan products, including construction loans, HELOCs, balloon loans, ARMs, and modifications.

The role requires coordinating with members, credit unions, and third parties, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid or remote work is available, with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of mortgage servicing regulations and loan terminology.
• Ability to analyze financial data and interpret loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and disburse construction loan draw requests.
• Coordinate with title companies, credit unions, and borrowers; track inspections and settlements.
• Process specialized loan products (balloon loans, ARMs, recasts, modifications).
• Maintain accurate servicing records and respond to member inquiries.
