Timely and accurate task completion is essential to the servicing of our customer accounts. This position works closely with other departments in the organization and must maintain high quality service standards.**What You'll Be Doing*** Ensure prompt and accurate application of mortgage loan payments received which also include payoff transactions.* Resolve servicing concerns including error resolution by understanding the customers concern, determining root cause, and providing the best solution to the customer. This includes escalations to management as needed.* Perform account administration functions including producing required notice mailings to borrowers, loan onboarding, ARM adjustments, property preservation, and lien releases.* Perform escrow management including balancing and payment of property taxes, hazard insurance, flood insurance, and private mortgage insurance.
