Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced consulting professional to serve as a Mortgage Servicing Advisor. You will collaborate with clients to define system scope, ensure MSP alignment with business plans, and provide technical guidance on complex projects.

Responsibilities include consulting on requirements, acting as liaison between users and IT, researching needs and regulatory considerations, performing tests, and supporting training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Prior Mortgage Servicing experience.
• Mortgage servicing product experience (MSP) highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ICE Customer Service applications highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills for internal and external clients.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consults directly with clients regarding system requirements and performance related to business processes.
• Works on technology business consulting projects to meet client requirements.
• Serves as liaison between end-users and IT during projects.
• Represents client needs and regulatory considerations in system design and enhancements.
• Analyzes industry practices and system impacts; recommends best practices.
• Conducts system, integration, readiness, and acceptance testing.
• May participate in training client and technical support staff on new systems.
