Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for borrowers and partners.
• Monitor emails, process payoff documents, and manage escrow items.
• Post and reconcile payments, manage ACH, wires, and reports.
• Administer daily escrow setup and related analyses.
• Assist day-to-day Servicing operations and policy updates.
