ISN Corp. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to leadResidential Loan Servicing programs. The role oversees day-to-day mortgage servicing operations, guiding teams to achieve performance, quality, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive supervisory experience in loan or mortgage servicing.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and lending operations.
• Experience with loan origination and mortgage servicing systems.
• Knowledge of applicable federal mortgage regulations, including TILA/RESPA and FACT Act requirements.
• Familiarity with LOS platforms and major mortgage origination systems.
• Understanding of government and GSE-backed loan products and investor guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential loan servicing and related operational activities.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate operational personnel.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve complex loan and servicing issues.
• Support compliance with applicable federal regulations and mortgage servicing requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize mortgage servicing, loan origination, and related technology platforms.
• Provide operational reporting and recommendations to program leadership.
