Job summary

Educational Systems FCU is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager to provide strategic oversight of all first mortgage and equity loan servicing functions. You will ensure timely loan sales, investor reporting, delinquency monitoring, and remittance processes in alignment with agency guidelines.

You will lead a high-performing service team, drive efficiency, and manage relationships with investors and internal stakeholders while ensuring policies and regulatory standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years mortgage servicing experience in a financial institution following Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loan servicing requirements.
• 5+ years management/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan servicing requirements including regulatory and investor guidelines.
• Experience with Conventional, FHA, FHLB, USDA and other loan programs.
• Experience with servicing systems and data reconciliation; FICS and Corelation Keystone familiarity is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and large servicing portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of all first mortgage and equity loan servicing functions.
• Ensure compliance with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and investor guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Lead post-closing secondary market and capital market activities and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to evaluate and establish new servicing relationships.
