Job summary
Educational Systems FCU is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager to lead the servicing of first mortgages and equity loans. This role ensures post-closing and capital market activities align with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and regulatory standards while driving efficiency and data integrity.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in mortgage servicing, supervisory experience, and proficiency with servicing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
- 7–10 years mortgage servicing experience following Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae requirements.
- 5+ years management/supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing regulatory/investor guidelines.
- Experience with Conventional, FHA, FHLB, USDA loan programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all first mortgage and equity loan servicing functions.
- Ensure timely loan sales, investor reporting, delinquency monitoring and remittance processes.
- Ensure operations align with agency/investor guidelines and internal policies.
- Lead a high-performing servicing team and drive process efficiency.
- Manage relationships with investors, custodians and internal stakeholders.
