Job summary

Socket.dev in Wayne, NJ seeks an experienced Mortgage Servicing Leader to oversee an $8B portfolio, partnering with senior leadership to shape strategy, drive growth, and scale operations while ensuring compliance and customer service excellence.

You will lead servicing managers, establish KPIs, and collaborate with IT and Risk to improve processes, controls, and vendor performance. A Bachelor’s degree and substantial mortgage servicing/management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, or related field.
• 7+ years in Mortgage Servicing with managerial experience.
• Experience with servicing system conversions.
• Understanding of GSE guidelines and federal regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a multi-billion mortgage servicing portfolio.
• Partner with senior leadership to set strategic initiatives and growth plans.
• Develop servicing managers and staff through coaching and succession planning.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to drive performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance and IT to optimize processes and controls.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and performance.
