Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Sales Supervisor in Spokane Valley to oversee a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators. You will ensure timely processing, underwriting, and closing documents, while meeting annual loan origination goals and fostering relationships with real estate professionals.

The role requires NMLS registration, background and credit checks, and collaboration across mortgage units to drive customer growth and product sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage products/services and market trends.
• Familiarity with underwriting requirements of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and local programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day loan origination activities for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Establish referral source relationships to maintain a steady loan volume.
• Recruit, interview, and develop Mortgage Loan Originators and retain staff.
• Collaborate within U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to grow customer relationships.
