Job summary

Equifax, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Consultant to join the Mortgage team. This role covers pre-sales through post-sales activities, including information management, contracting, onboarding, billing, and reporting.

The candidate will scale customer engagement, reduce back-office tasks for the sales team, and coordinate internal resources to streamline processes. Four days in-office (Mon–Thu) with Friday flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales support and/or customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Tech or software, platform skills (Gainsight, Salesforce, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Scale customer engagement of sales team.
• Maximize sales resources’ selling time by taking on back-office tasks.
• Coordinate internal resources to streamline contract-to-boarding processes.
• Support billing, pricing, contracts, reporting and research inquiries.
• Perform sales administrative tasks (revenue tracking).
• Review and monitor sales leads.
• Generate client reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to support customer training.
• Guide sales in Forecasting in CRM and generating forecast reports.
