Job summary

Equifax in Atlanta seeks a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to drive forecasting, modeling, and month-end close for the Mortgage team. You will maintain central revenue models, track volumes, and partner with Sales and Operations to support budgeting and pipeline opportunities.

This 2+ year FP&A role requires a Bachelor's degree. Experience with mortgage products is a plus. You will compile executive briefing packages to guide senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Domain knowledge of mortgage industry products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central revenue and driver models, track volumes and pricing, and prepare weekly/ad-hoc revenue pacing updates.
• Prepare monthly accounting revenue reclassifications, manage sales commission reports, and perform variance analyses.
• Compile executive briefing packages with external housing metrics and internal metrics for senior leadership.
