Responsibilities

• Make initial contact and follow up with borrowers and agents by phone, email, or text.
• Manage the team's lead tracker and CRM.
• Assist Loan Officer and Processing team.
• Guide borrowers through the loan application process.
• Update loan software with verified information.
• Provide accurate information to all parties in the transaction.
• Review all required upfront documents.
• Assist with credit decisions and pre-approvals.
• Resolve issues throughout the loan process.
• Represent Treadstone and team professionally.
