Job summary

GenuBank in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Loan Officers and drive mortgage production on-site. You will recruit, train, and coach originators, manage pipelines, and ensure compliant, timely loan closings.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of mortgage sales leadership or originator experience, deep FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA knowledge, and proficiency with Encompass. This full-time role offers strong earning potential and a supportive, community-focused culture.

Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage sales management or loan originator experience with proven production history.
Strong knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
Experience with Encompass software.

Responsibilities

Stay current with loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and federal & state regulations.
Assist team of Loan Originators with all related tasks to loan production.
Review existing pipelines daily to expedite the loan process.
Provide coaching to team members; listen to calls and provide feedback.
Provide support to team of Loan Originators to help increase personal and production goals.
Review all loan files for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to processing.
Provide assistance and correspondence to all departments on all loan applications.
Contact borrowers to assist team with collecting required documents.
