TD Bank is seeking a Mortgage Sales Manager in Chatham, NJ to lead a team of Mortgage Loan Officers, drive loan production, and partner with regional leadership. The role focuses on recruiting, coaching, and achieving regional sales goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes strategic growth, effective pipeline management, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize sub-market performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience in mortgage origination.
• 3+ years' management experience required.
• Must have extensive mortgage industry & guideline knowledge.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Excellent communication oral & written skills.
• Excellent motivational skills.

Responsabilités

• Hire and lead Mortgage Loan Officers within the sub-market.
• Manage 8-12 MLOs including performance reviews and training.
• Coordinate sales and business development to meet regional goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Retail Management and bank partners.
• Guide customers through the mortgage application process and ensure timely closings.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
