Lakeside Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate residential first mortgage loans and build strong relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners. You will manage the full loan process from application to closing, ensuring quality submissions and timely resolutions.

This role reports to the VP, Group Lead Mortgage Lending and requires NMLS registration per the SAFE Act. A base salary plus commissions is offered with a comprehensive benefits package and paid

Competenze

• Prior mortgage sales or comparable financial or sales experience preferred.
• Sales quota: $1,000,000 per month in closed business.
• Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, developers, CPAs, attorneys, and other referral partners.
• Submit quality loan applications and resolve issues to complete mortgage origination.
