Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (with at least 1 year in mortgage).
• Track record of meeting or beating quota with verifiable references.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of prospects across home purchase, refinance, and home equity needs.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and documentation.
• Communicate clearly with clients, answering questions and building product knowledge.
• Drive customer conversions through funnel stages while hitting sales targets.
• Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Execute key sales activities within defined time frames, including fast response to new prospects.
• Understand each customer's timeframe and tailor approach to their needs.
