Primary Residential Mortgage (PRMI) seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who continues to originate while stepping into leadership. This role emphasizes leading a team with dedicated support, maintaining personal production, and driving growth through mentorship and strategic recruiting.

The candidate should have 5+ years in retail mortgage origination, a strong network of referral partners, and licenses for MLO and mortgage principal lending.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance and handling difficult situations with branches/divisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example while building a regional team.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching to sales staff on a regular basis.
• Recruit and develop talent across the sales organization.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance within the team.
• Scale the group beyond personal production while maintaining production levels.
