Job summary

Virginia Housing is seeking a Quality Review Analyst in a hybrid role to review and analyze mortgage documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and agency guidelines. You will work on Closing, Post Closing and MRB/MCC loan packages and support lenders with inquiries daily.

The ideal candidate has mortgage industry experience, strong data analytics, and the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Several years with sufficient experience in the mortgage industry in closing and/or processing loans.
• Strong data analytics, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong people and interactive skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and agency guidelines.
• Assist in training lenders and answering inquiries related to loan programs and documentation.
• Participate in agency meetings as a representative of Virginia Housing’s Homeownership Program.
• Ensure timely purchase of loans and issuance of MCC commitments and certificates.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
