Job summary

Firstsource Healthcare in Atlanta, GA seeks a QC Reverification Specialist to perform reverification activities related to QC Audit processes for agency requirements. You will review files daily, input loan data into LES QC Program, prepare verification letters, and ensure a high quality rating while handling multiple tasks and delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in the mortgage industry with strong typing and computer skills.
• Must understand mortgage application/underwriting process.
• Proficient using software in Windows or web-based environment; working knowledge of Loan Processor and Desktop Underwriter.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing a minimum of 10 files a day.
• Maintain at least a 98% quality rating.
• Inputting loan information into LES QC Program.
• Preparing letters to re-verify borrower information (gift letters, verification of employment, deposits, income, assets).
• Verify and check information received as a result of the re-verification letter.
• Carry out duties in a professional manner.
• Handle multiple tasks and maintain customer service focus.
• Any other assigned duties.
