Responsibilities

• Obtain and secure loan documentation (Note, Allonge, power of attorney) for collateral.
• Prepare purchase advice and coordinate wiring for loan purchases.
• Input wire requests and verify against documents.
• Process post-purchase steps including welcome letters and required transfers.
• Create booking packages and notify Loan Boarding for input into systems.
• Complete post-purchase steps and ensure proper documentation retention.
• Monitor construction disbursements, holdbacks, and related funding actions.
• Coordinate extensions/modifications with partners and prepare necessary documentation.
• Support to clear trailing items for mortgage channels and monitor insurance settlements.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcilations related to funded loans.
