• Input outgoing wire requests and verify against supporting documents.
• Create booking packages and notify Loan Boarding for new loan entry.
• Complete post-purchase steps: welcome letters, insurance transfers, and MERS processing.
• Maintain purchase documentation on Y drive and for Nautilus retention.
• Monitor construction disbursements and log wires for funding.
