Job summary

Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking motivated agents for a commission-based mortgage protection role. You will set appointments, research client needs, and present coverage options to families, either virtually or in-person.

This position offers uncapped commissions, with typical earnings driven by 5–10 new plans weekly. We provide extensive training and ongoing support to help you build a successful, scalable practice within a growing insurance organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments with potential clients (6-8 hrs/week).
• Researching client needs to tailor mortgage protection options.

• Administrative follow-up with carriers to move applications through underwriting.
