Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking self-motivated agents for mortgage protection sales. This commission-only role includes extensive training, meeting clients to discuss coverage, and guiding applications.

You can meet clients virtually or in person, with a focus on helping families protect their income and assets. Expect a flexible schedule with revenue tied to performance, including bonus opportunities and incentive trips based on results.

Qualifications

• We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments: 6-8 hours per week to schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Research: 4-5 hours per week to tailor options to client needs.
• Meeting with families: 2 days per week, virtual or in-person to present options and assist with applications.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week to follow up with carriers and facilitate underwriting.
