Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking coachable, self-disciplined individuals to join our mortgage protection sales team. You will set appointments, research client needs, and present customized options to protect families’ income.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, a supportive training program, and incentives such as trips based on performance. You’ll have the flexibility to meet clients virtually or in person while helping communities plan for the future.

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments by contacting potential clients and scheduling meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
• Researching client information to customize options that meet financial needs in case of death or disability.
• Meeting with families (virtually or in person) to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
• Following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
