Job summary

Spieldenner Financial Group seeks motivated sales professionals to schedule client meetings, research needs, and present mortgage protection plans both virtually and in-person. You will guide clients through the application process and work with carriers to move cases toward underwriting completion.

This position offers commission-based earnings with uncapped upside, plus training and incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Coachable, growth mindset, self-disciplined individuals are sought.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments with potential clients (6-8 hours/week).
• Research client needs (4-5 hours/week) to tailor mortgage protection options.
• Meet with families (2 days/week) to present options and assist with applications.
• Administrative follow-up with insurance carriers to facilitate underwriting.
