Job summary

Spieldenner Financial Group, part of a growing insurance organization, is seeking motivated sales professionals to help families protect their mortgages with customized coverage. This is a commission-only role offering flexible meeting options, including virtual or in-person consultations.

You will spend your weeks setting appointments, researching client needs, presenting options, and guiding applicants through underwriting.

Qualifications

• Coachable individuals with growth mindset
• Ability to schedule meetings and conduct research
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments: 6-8 hours per week to reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings
• Research: 4-5 hours per week to tailor options to client needs
• Meeting with families: 2 days per week to present options and assist with enrollment
• Administrative: 2 hours per week following up with carriers to facilitate underwriting
