Job summary

Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking growth-minded, coachable individuals for a commission-based sales role focused on mortgage protection options. You will set appointments, research client needs, and present personalized coverage plans to families, either virtually or in-person.

Administrative tasks with underwriting support are included. We offer extensive training, uncapped commissions, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set appointments with potential clients (6-8 hours/week).
• Research client information to tailor mortgage protection options (4-5 hours/week).
• Meet with families in person or virtually to present options and help them apply.
• Handle administrative follow-up with carriers to move applications through underwriting (2 hours/week).
